Catering Requirements:

• Orders less than 20 people: Please contact us AT LEAST 3 days in advance of your event.
• Orders of 20 – 40 people: Please contact us AT LEAST 5 days in advance of your event.
• Orders greater than 40 people: Please give us AT LEAST a week’s notice of your event.
• Smoker space is LIMITED – early planning can ensure that we will be able to meet your needs.
